- 2 pounds (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100g) cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6-8 slices)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a large baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add Cream Cheese:
