Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings or thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
